Behind BriceBuilt is a team committed to helping athletes grow not only in skill and performance, but also confidence, discipline, work ethic, and leadership. We believe every athlete has untapped potential, and our mission is to create an environment that challenges athletes to become the best version of themselves both on and off the court.
Our coaches and trainers bring energy, accountability, knowledge, and genuine care into every session. From youth beginners learning the fundamentals to advanced athletes preparing for higher levels of competition, we focus on developing complete athletes through basketball skills development, strength and athleticism development, and competitive mindset building.
At BriceBuilt, athletes become part of a culture built on hard work, positivity, consistency, and growth. We celebrate effort, encourage and push athletes to compete with purpose every day.

Brice Assié
Lead Trainer & Owner, BriceBuilt LLC
From the physical demands of elite sport to the psychological approach, Brice’s mission is bigger than basketball & performance. It’s about building confident, disciplined, hardworking athletes prepared to succeed both on and off court.

Andy Genao
Basketball Skills Development Specialist
Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in the Bronx, Andy played his way from Christopher Columbus High School to NJCAA All-American honors at SUNY Delhi, then D1 scholarships at Prairie View A&M and Eastern Washington. After a pro career across Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Colombia, he chose education over a Morocco contract, earned a second bachelor's in nursing, and has been a registered nurse since 2014. He's a proud husband to Samantha (also an RN) and father to Emilia and Andy Jr.

Quintin Chapman
Basketball Skills Development Specialist
Eight years into the game, he played at Danbury High School and Western Connecticut State University, picking up an FCIAC championship and an LEC title along the way. At 20, he brings a young player's edge, a soft spot for Blake Griffin's Pistons, and a habit of naming his car after Lightning McQueen.
