High School
This high-level performance training program is designed for serious high school athletes preparing for varsity, AAU, collegiate, and elite-level competition. Athletes will focus on sport-specific strength training, explosive power, multidirectional speed, agility, acceleration, deceleration, conditioning, mobility, recovery, and injury prevention. Sessions are intense, competitive, and structured to help athletes maximize performance and durability.
